Overview of Preferred Lender Program
Working with our local builders and trusted real estate professionals, Right By You Mortgage is able to offer a
value-added benefit to homebuyers to help with their new home purchase. Plus, as a Preferred Lender, we’ll provide up to $1,500.00 in lender credits towards closing costs.1
Homebuilders are eligible if they build a minimum of 10 homes per year.
Real estate professionals are eligible if they are the primary sales agent for neighborhoods with 10 or more homes.
No payments or similar incentives are paid to real estate professionals or builders for sending clients to Right By You Mortgage.
As a Preferred Lender we do not require you to use Right By You Mortgage. We believe you will based on our service, our expertise, and the experience you and your borrower will receive.
Using Right By You Mortgage as a Preferred Lender does not result in any additional fees or higher interest rates for your borrower. They will only pay our standard fees associated with their mortgage.
