Ways to Pay

Right By You Mortgage offers a variety of mortgage payment options, allowing you to choose the one that’s most convenient for you. Your payment options may differ depending on the type of loan that you have. Highlighted below are the different ways you can pay, along with answers to frequently asked questions.

Payment Options for Portfolio and Construction Loans

Portfolio and Construction loans are mortgage loans that stay with the lender that approved and funded your loan. Right By You Mortgage will service your loan and you will make your mortgage payment directly to them every month. Use one of the convenient payment options below to make your mortgage payment.

Make a Payment Online

Log in to online banking at your financial institution and schedule a one-time or recurring payment through your bank’s bill payment service. Search for “The Fidelity Bank NC RBY MTG” when setting up your new payee.

Enroll in Automatic Payments

Set up secure automatic payments. Save time by authorizing Right By You Mortgage to withdraw your mortgage payment directly from your bank account each month. Call 1-877-552-2242, option 4 to enroll in ACH payments.

Make an Online Transfer

Log in to Fidelity Bank Online Banking and process an internal transfer from a Fidelity Bank account or an external transfer from an account at another financial institution to pay your mortgage loan.

To get started, simply complete our convenient online enrollment form using your loan number as your account number. Then, process an internal or external transfer to make paying your mortgage easy!

Payment Options for Loans Transferring to a New Servicing Company

It’s common for mortgage loans to be transferred, or sold, to a new servicing company shortly after the loan closes. Even if your loan will be sold, you may still have to make your first payment to Right By You Mortgage. Make a one-time payment to Right By You Mortgage using one of the easy methods below.

Pay Online

Log in to online banking at your financial institution and schedule a one-time bill payment. Search for “The Fidelity Bank NC RBY MTG” when setting up your new payee.

Pay In-Person

Make your payment at one of the 57 Fidelity Bank locations across North Carolina, South Carolina, or Virginia. Find a local Fidelity Bank branch near you.

Pay By Mail

Conveniently drop your payment in the mail using the payment slip that was provided in your closing documents. Postage is required.

When will my funds be deducted from my account to pay my mortgage?

The date the funds are deducted from your account is dependent on the payment method you select:

- Automatic payments: Your mortgage payment will be deducted from your account on the date you selected the payment to draft.
- Payments sent by mail: Funds will be deducted from your account the day your payment is processed. Payments are typically processed the same day Right By You Mortgage receives your payment.
- Online Transfer: If you transfer funds from a Fidelity Bank account to pay your mortgage loan, please allow 24 hours for the payment to post to your account. For mortgage payments made by transferring funds from an account at another financial institution, please allow up to three business days for your payment to post.
- Online payments (i.e. payments made through a bill payment service): Varies based on the bank the payment is originated from. Contact your bank for details.

How do I make a principal-only payment?

There are multiple ways to make a principal-only payment:

- Pay In-Person: visit your local Fidelity Bank branch and inform the branch associates that you would like to make a principal-only payment.
- Make a Payment Online: Log in to online banking at your financial institution and schedule a one-time bill payment. Be sure to include a memo of “Principal Payment.”
- Pay by Mail: Conveniently send your payment to Post Office Box 4129, Cary, North Carolina 27519. Be sure to include a memo of “Principal Payment” on your check.
- Online Transfer: Log in to Fidelity Bank Online Banking and transfer funds from a Fidelity Bank account or an account at another Financial institution. Be sure to include “Principal Payment” in the memo or description field.
