FUQUAY-VARINA, North Carolina (October 31, 2022) – Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce that Brett Gilliland has joined its mortgage division, Right By You Mortgage, as Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer. In his new position, Mr. Gilliland is responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with home buyers, homeowners, Real Estate Professionals, Family Law Attorneys, Financial Advisors, and Bank Partners. Brett is able to originate business in North Carolina and surrounding states. His office is located at the Right By You Mortgage office located at 130 Edinburgh South Drive, Suite 100, Cary, North Carolina.
Brett has over twenty years of mortgage experience. Prior to joining Right By You Mortgage, he gained a vast array of experience in the Mortgage industry including positions at Keller Mortgage, Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, and Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC. In addition to his mortgage background, Brett is active in the community. He volunteers his time by offering educational outreach to real estate agents and partners. He and his family also have an annual tradition of bringing dinner to a local Police Department for the officers that are working on Christmas Eve.
Mr. Gilliland graduated from University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in finance. He currently resides in Apex, North Carolina, with his wife, Amy, and has two children.
