FUQUAY-VARINA, North Carolina (September 14, 2021) – Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce that Bill Piotti has joined its mortgage division, Right By You Mortgage, as Mortgage Loan Officer. In his new position, Mr. Piotti is responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with homebuyers, homeowners, Real Estate Partners, and Bank Partners. He will guide his clients through the home loan process to ensure a positive and comfortable real estate transaction from start to finish. Bill serves Davidson, Forsyth, Guilford, Rowan, and Davie counties. His office is at the Fidelity Bank Lexington branch located at 114 West Second Avenue.
Bill has twenty-two years of mortgage experience in North Carolina. Prior to joining Right By You Mortgage, he worked for Guaranteed Rate as a Vice President of Mortgage Lending. He also held positions at Wells Fargo and Wilmington Finance. In addition to his mortgage background, Bill is active in the community. He is on the Board of Directors at Novant Health Thomasville Medical Center. He currently resides in Lexington with his wife, Sherry, and has two children.
